描述
现象：我合成系统是一对冗余的nim，在使用过程中总有其中一个nim运行不到1周就出现fail状态（不是固定的，只要有2台nim同时运行，就会有一个死掉），进行复位时自检通不过，故障指示灯fail亮。若将该nim停电一段时间后，再送电投运，nim又能正常工作，但几天后又变为fail。nim是tps系统中连接控制器hpm和操作站gus的网络接口模件，非常重要，所以采用的是冗余配置，一旦该接口数据中断，操作站上将看不到任何现场数据，也不能进行操作，对于连续生产的化工行业来说是致命的危险。
